Wedding Tip of the Week: Creative Table Markers

Think outside of the box when it comes to table numbers! A little creativity can personalize your tables, and integrate aspects of the region or your personal style into the theme of your wedding. Here are just a few tips to get you started:

• Table markers don't have to be numbers! Think names of rivers or mountains, wine grape varietals (especially if you're getting married at a winery!), or other words that have special meaning to you. 

• Place the marker on a useful or beautiful object -- your centerpiece container, the label of a bottle of wine for the guests to drink at the table. This is a great space-saving technique, and it adds some additional interest to the table setting.

• Likewise, place each guest's seating assignment on an interesting or fun favor, perhaps a piece of fruit if you're getting married at an orchard, or a bottle of wine.

• Consider the venue and the weather conditions! If it's windy, avoid tall stands that will blow over.
